Cat Behavior Solutions is doing important work - and there are many ways you can help!

As long as people are surrendering cats to shelters for behavior problems, we will be working hard to disseminate information that will help to modify unwanted behaviors and make living with your cat more rewarding!

Cat Behavior Solutions is 100% donor funded.

The donations you raise will fund rescue, safe housing, medical care, supplies, and more to save the lives of cats in danger.

Here are 5 easy ways you can be a part of the Better Cat Behavior Movement:

1. DONATE - We are a volunteer run organization fully supported by cat lovers like yourself.

  • Consider making a donation today - Donations to Cat Behavior Solutions (501c3 nonprofit) are tax deductible. Make a donation in honor of a pet or loved one; encourage others to make lifesaving gifts in honor of your birthday or holiday. Donations are warmly welcomed by adding a donation amount found in our store,  Zelle (bank app) using the email donations@catbehaviorsolutions.org or by check payable to Cat Behavior Solutions and mail it to 2810 E. Trinity Mills Rd., #209-195, Carrollton, TX 75006.

  • Create a Facebook Fundraiser - Facebook makes it easy for you to create your very own fundraiser to benefit Cat Behavior Solutions.

2. SHARE - Help us to get the information in the hands of cat lovers by:

4. EDUCATION - For a donation to Cat Behavior Solutions, Molly will come to speak with your group, shelter staff, supporters, fosters, friends - anyone who might benefit from learning about cat behavior and working with difficult cats in shelters.

5. PLANNED GIVING - Make lifesaving part of your legacy

  • By planning a future gift to Cat Behavior Solutions through your will, trust or other financial plan, your lasting impact will be felt everywhere: every family made complete with behavior resolution, every behavior problem animal nursed back to health, every struggling pet owner who finds a lifeline from our resources, and every cat rescued from danger.

  • With your support we will continue to reduce the number of cats entering shelters. Since our efforts began, shelter admissions have reduced and the survival rate has increased. As the goal of no cats left behind draws closer, we are also planning ahead for the task of sustaining it indefinitely. Make this extraordinary achievement a part of your future plans.

 

HOW TO LEAVE A GIFT

To make a bequest to Cat Behavior Solutions, you may use the following language.

I give, devise and bequeath to Cat Behavior Solutions, a non-profit corporation in the state of Texas with its principal offices at 121 Payne St., Dallas, Texas 75207, (the sum of $____) (all or ____% of my residual estate) to be used for its general purposes.

Ways to give include:

Specific Bequest: Name Cat Behavior Solutions the beneficiary of a 401(k), IRA, marketable securities, or cash.

Residuary Bequest: Designate Cat Behavior Solutions to receive all or a portion of the remainder of your estate once all specific bequests (to family and friends) have been satisfied.

Contingent Bequest: You may choose to designate Cat Behavior Solutions to receive assets in case your primary beneficiaries (family and friends) predecease you.
