“I loved your Feline Body Language webinar and got to practice yesterday. Meggie was in quarantine for a bite but I know she has a sweet side. She came over to me to be petted. I petted her head 4 times and then I noticed the base of her tail start to get poofy so I stopped. She flicked her head at me and walked to the other side. Easy Peasy. Before, I would have made the mistake and would have tried to keep petting her b/c she acted like she wanted it. She did, but 4 times was enough and I respected that. I felt like I passed a test. LOL.
