Measured across the chest one inch below armhole when laid flat.
SLEEVE LENGTH
Start at center of neck and measure down shoulder, down sleeve to hem.
Do Not Bleach, Wash Gentle Cold Inside Out. Do NOT heat or hang dry-the crystals are lead and heavy, and will cause your garment to sag if hung to dry, in the dryer, the crystals are sharp and will pick the fabric and cause runs or tears. For best results lay flat to dry aligning seams. If it needs a fluff, run for 1 minute on slightly warm dryer NEVER DRY CLEAN!!
